Tomiwa Sulaiman, is a British Forward, who signed for Leicester Riders in 2025 following a decorated colligate career in the United States of America.
Sulaiman spent the past two seasons at Towson University (NCAA Division I), where he established himself as a versatile and reliable presence on both ends of the floor. In his senior year, he averaged 7.0 points and 4.2 rebounds per game, starting 27 of 33 contests. He proved his efficiency with a 40% field-goal percentage, while ranking second on the team in steals and three-point shooting percentage. A highlight of his Towson career came with a 20-point, six three-pointer performance against Penn State Wilkes-Barre.
Before transferring to Towson, Sulaiman made a major impact at Indiana University of Pennsylvania (NCAA Division II). He was named PSAC West Freshman of the Year in 2022 and followed that up with First Team All-Conference honours in 2023, underlining his development as a standout two-way forward.
Now taking the next step in his career with the Riders, Sulaiman brings length, defensive tenacity, and perimeter shooting ability, adding depth and energy to the Leicester frontcourt.
