Seth Wylie is a dynamic 6’3″ guard who has rapidly emerged as a promising talent in British basketball. Born in London, Wylie honed his skills through the Leicester Riders’ renowned academy system, which has a strong track record of developing elite athletes.
Before joining the Loughborough Riders Performance Pathway Programme, Wylie spent three seasons with the Oaklands Wolves, competing in the Elite Academy Basketball League (EABL) and National Basketball League (NBL) Division One. In 2022, he played a pivotal role in leading Oaklands to the EABL Southern Conference title and was honoured as the Student-Athlete of the Year—a testament to his dedication both on and off the court.
In August 2023, Wylie took the next step in his basketball journey by joining the Loughborough Riders ahead of the 2023/24 season. He is currently balancing his athletic commitments with studies in Sport at Loughborough University. Wylie competes for both the NBL Division One and BUCS teams, showcasing the versatility and commitment that define his approach to the sport.
