The 6’5” guard brings dynamic scoring ability, elite athleticism, and proven experience from NCAA Division I basketball. Most recently, Battle starred for West Virginia University, where he averaged 16.1 points per game during the 2023–24 season, ranking among the Big 12’s top scorers and earning a reputation as a fearless offensive threat.
Prior to his time with the Mountaineers, Battle played at Montana State, where he was instrumental in leading the Bobcats to back-to-back NCAA Tournament appearances. In his first year with the Bobcats he was named Big Sky 6th Man of the Year. In the 2022–23 season, he averaged 17.7 points per game ranking 2nd in the conference, earning a place in the All-Big Sky First Team alongside being named All-Big Sky Tournament MVP.
Following college, Battle entered the NBA Summer League with the Charolette Hornets before signing with the G League affiliate Greensboro Swarm for the 2024–25 season. With the Swarm he averaged 5.0 points, 1.6 rebounds, and 0.4 assists per game, highlighted by a standout 19-point performance where he shot 5-for-6 from three-point range. His efficiency from beyond the arc was notable, connecting on over 40% of his three-point attempts, underscoring his ability to stretch the floor at the professional level.
