The Leicester Riders are pleased to confirm the return of talented young British forward, Victor Ndoukou ahead of the 2026/27 Super League Basketball season.
A product of the Charnwood and Loughborough Riders Academy pathway, Ndoukou signed his first professional contract with the club in 2023 on a long-term deal while continuing his studies at the Riders’ partner institution, Loughborough University.
The 2025/26 season marked a significant step forward in Ndoukou’s development as a professional. The 6’8″ forward established himself as a dependable contributor on both ends of the floor, providing consistent perimeter shooting and defensive versatility within Head Coach Rob Paternostro’s system. His combination of size, mobility, and skill allows him to impact the game in a variety of ways, whether stretching the floor, operating in the post, or attacking defenders off the dribble.
Despite his young age, Ndoukou has already built an impressive level of professional experience, having progressed through the Charnwood Riders Academy before spending several years training and competing within the Riders’ senior programme.
Alongside his success at club level, Ndoukou has represented Great Britain across multiple age groups and competitions featuring for the Under-20 national team, the senior 3×3 Squad, and the Under-23 3×3 programme.
Speaking on his return to the Riders, Ndoukou said:

“The opportunity to dedicate myself fully to the professional team last season was incredibly valuable. I’m excited to build on that experience, continue developing my game, and hopefully take another big step forward this season.”
