Leicester Riders can confirm that American Forward Nate Martin has sustained an injury which will rule him out for the remainder of the Super League Basketball season.
The injury occurred during Leicester Riders’ game against the Caledonia Gladiators.
Martin will now begin his recovery process. The club will continue to support him during his rehabilitation at the club and would like to thank him for his contributions across the season.
Leicester Riders can also confirm the departure of American guard Donald Carey Jr. after it was mutually agreed to terminate his contract to allow him to pursue new playing opportunities. The club would like to place on record its sincere thanks to Carey for his efforts and commitment, and wish him the very best in the next chapter of his career.
